The Penguins have cutNew Jersey's lead in the division to one point by going 8-4-1 intheir last 13 games. The Rangers have gone 4-10-1 in their last 15games.
PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The Philadelphia Flyers host the MontrealCanadiens tonight in the first of a home-and-home series before theNHL begins its two-week Olympic break. Montreal has won the lastsix regular-season contests between the two teams at WachoviaCenter. DALLAS (AP) - Philadelphia's Allen Iverson will not play in thisweekend's NBA All-Star game. Iverson has missed the last five gamesfor the Sixers to be with his sick daughter. His spot in theEastern Conference roster will be filled by forward David Lee ofthe New York Knicks.

The Colonials opened the secondhalf on a 12-4 run to pull away from Central Connecticut State andend the Blue Devils four-game winning streak.
SMITHFIELD, R.I. (AP) - Sorena Orandi scored 13 points to leadfour St. Francis (Pa.) players in double figures as the Red Flashrouted winless Bryant 60-34 in Rhode Island last night. Bryantturned the ball over 17 times as its overall record fell to 0-25 onthe season.
WASHINGTON (AP) - Joe Willman scored 13 of his 15 points in thesecond half and Bucknell never trailed in a 73-59 victory overAmerican last night. Mike Muscala scored the first 11 points of thegame as the Bison won for the fourth time in five games to moveinto fourth place in the Patriot League.
NEW YORK (AP) - Andy Roddick is the top pick by the PhiladelphiaFreedoms in the World Team Tennis marquee draft. Schedules will becompleted this month for the league, which is entering its 35thseason.
