PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Simon Gagne scored a tie-breaking power-playgoal in the third period and the Philadelphia Flyers rallied for a3-2 win over the New York Islanders last night. Gagne's goalfinished off the Flyers' comeback from a 2-0 deficit. Jeff Carterand Claude Giroux also scored for the Flyers. John Tavares and KyleOkposo had goals for the Islanders.

The woman's lawyersreleased a statement to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette yesterdaysaying she's helping police and ask the media to respect herprivacy by keeping her name out of the press.

BALTIMORE (AP) - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vicksays the team has exercised its 2010 option on him, meaning he'llreceive a $1.5 million roster bonus sometime this week. Thatdoesn't necessarily guarantee he'll return to the Eagles foranother season. Vick was signed as a free agent before last seasonand played sparingly as Donovan McNabb's backup.
