PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Good times are back for the Philadelphia 76ers under new management. Heading into tonight's game against Orlando, the 76ers are surging toward their first winning season since 2004-05 and may have the talent to win their first postseason series since 2003.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) — C.J. McCollum scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Lehigh over Army 83-64 yesterday. McCollum now has 1,800 career points, moving past former Colgate standout Adonal Foyle for sixth in Patriot League history.

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Porsche Poole scored a career-high 32 points and Michigan State rallied to beat Number 18 Penn State 83-77 yesterday. The win ended a three-game skid for Michigan State and completed a sweep of the Nittany Lions.

OTTAWA (AP) — Marian Gaborik staked his claim to NHL All-Star game MVP honors. The high-scoring Rangers forward scored twice in the first period against New York teammate Henrik Lundqvist, completed his hat trick in the second period with another goal, and added an assist in the third to carry Team Chara over Team Alfredsson 12-9 yesterday.
